8. A Comparative Evaluation of Ad Hoc Team Performance, Effectiveness and Interactions in Modern Collaborative Technology
SessionPoster Session 2
DescriptionThis study directly responds to calls for more empirical research into collaborative communication technologies (Erez et al., 2013; Simao et al., 2016), aiming to optimize tools for ad hoc, distributed teamwork. It contributes evidence-based recommendations for designing and implementing such technologies, enhancing team effectiveness and addressing virtual collaboration challenges. Additionally, the findings inform technology development to support efficient and effective teamwork among distributed team members.
