Jin Yong Kim
Biography
Jin Yong Kim is a third-year Ph.D. student in Industrial and Operations Engineering (IOE) at the University of Michigan, advised by Dr. Xi Jessie Yang.
His research focuses on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), specifically to enhance human trust when using automation. His future goal is to conduct human factors research to improve HCI for people with disabilities and the aging population.
He currently serves as a student member of the IOE DEI Committee and as a cohort representative for the IOE Student Leadership Board.
He received his B.S.E. in IOE from the University of Michigan.
