Biography
Brandon Beltz is a seasoned User Researcher with over 16 years of experience specializing in user-centered design to enhance product usability and adoption across various sectors, including finance, digital health, and national defense tools. Based in the Washington D.C. area, Brandon has stood out in in leadership roles, founded new research practices, and drove product design improvements through multi-method research projects. At Sage, he led research that informed key product design changes for accounting tools. At Vibrent Health, he established the company's first dedicated user research practice, adapting to remote operations amid the COVID-19 pandemic. His tenure at MITRE included roles as User Experience Team Lead and Senior User Experience Researcher, where he aligned UX strategies with business goals. Brandon holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Experimental Psychology with a concentration in Human Factors and Applied Cognition from George Mason University.
