Kelly Sprehn is a Principal Human Systems Engineer at Draper, specializing in Human Systems Modeling. She received her B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida and her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. She has been working in the DoD space, and supporting other government entities for over 10 years, helping stakeholders make the best system design choices for the human operators involved.
