Biography
Dr. Elizabeth Fox is a research psychologist at the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. She has a background in mathematical psychology and human factors, with a PhD in human factors and industrial-organizational psychology from Wright State University. Primarily, she develops and applies models of human perception and information processing in multimodal environments. Her current work with the USAF focuses on using neurobehavioral models to better understand and more accurately predict attention and decision-making in multitask environments with external (e.g., aircraft noise) and internal (e.g., fatigue) stressors.
