Dr. Tingting Cheng is currently a postdoctoral scholar at the B. John Garrick Institute for the Risk Sciences at the University of California, Los Angeles. She holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in human-system interaction safety and human reliability in autonomous systems. She has extensive experience on operational experiment of human-autonomy collaboration, and risk-based decision modeling for maritime transportation systems. Her current research is dedicated to advanced HRA methods and human-system interaction safety for the digitalized control rooms and automated vehicles.
