Joe Cohen is the Principal Consultant for Error Analysis, Inc. Joe is a board-certified Human Factors Professional (CHFP) and Hazard Control Manager (CHCM). During his career, Joe has personally investigated more than a thousand injury cases for legal clients in the U.S. and abroad. As a consultant or expert retained for litigation, Joe routinely addresses Human Factors issues in premises safety, product warnings, and forensic aspects of human performance in traffic crashes.
