Biography
Growing up in South Florida, I used to watch space shuttle launches from my backyard. I was amazed that humans were traveling on that shuttle to explore space and conduct experiments to inform our way of life. Since then, I have always been fascinated with space and aviation. When I was in high school, I took aviation maintenance classes and completed 10 flight hours before earning my driver’s license. This passion led me to complete my higher education, and I earned a B.S. in Air Traffic Control, and a M.S. and PhD in Human Factors. My enthusiasm for aviation and space lives on, I serve as a research psychologist for the Air Force Research Laboratory. My research primarily focuses on Human-AI teaming and training for the Air Force and Space Force. I am grateful for the opportunity to combine my passion for aerospace and human factors to benefit our country!
