Presenter

Jenny Erickson is a doctoral student in the industrial-organizational psychology program at Georgia Tech. She obtained her bachelor of science in psychology at Texas A&M University and her master's in psychology at Georgia Tech. Her research sits at the intersection of human factors and organizational psychology, focusing on how adult learning principles can be applied to technology-related trainings. She is passionate about taking a person-centered perspective at each stage of the research process in order to improve wellbeing and learning outcomes.
