Brandon Pitts
Biography
Dr. Brandon J. Pitts is an Assistant Professor in the School of Industrial Engineering at Purdue University. He is also Director of the Next-generation Human-systems and Cognitive Engineering (NHanCE) Research Lab, Faculty Associate with the Center on Aging and the Life Course (CALC), and Co-Director of the FAA Center of Excellence for Technical Training and Human Performance (TTHP) all at Purdue. He completed his Ph.D. in Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2016. His research interests are in human factors and cognitive engineering, human-automation interaction, context-sensitive interface design, and gerontechnology.
