Carmen Bruder works as an aviation psychologist at the German Aerospace Center (DLR), Department of Aviation and Space Psychology. She received her D.Eng. in the interdisciplinary field of product design and engineering psychology in 2008 from the TU Berlin, Germany. Carmen has been researching the field of Human-Technology-Interaction with focus on human factors in aviation, user-centred design of AI systems and eye tracking of attentional processes. Carmen is also involved in the personnel selection of air traffic controllers.
