Tal Oron-Gilad is a full professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, the George Shrut Chair of human performance, and the vice dean for the Engineering sciences faculty at Ben-Gurion University. Tal's research expertise is in human factors engineering with specific interests in user centred design of unmanned systems and social robots focusing on interaction challenges, mutual understanding and shared communication.
