APRIL ROSE PANGANIBAN received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2002. She received both her M.A. and Ph.D. in Experimental and Human Factors Psychology from the University of Cincinnati. She has worked with the Air Force Research Laboratory since 2007 as a contractor and then a civilian Research Psychologist (2013-present). Her research interests are in individual differences, specifically, executive functions and stress, as well as team communication and team performance, in both human-human and human-machine groups.
