Bridget Kelley
Biography
Dr. Kelley has experience in human factors research, design, and experimentation. She joined MITRE in 2018 as a Human Centered Engineer and has helped to develop and execute research projects at various levels of fidelity, including initial survey-based research on driver interactions with ADAS, tabletop analyses of potential decision support tools for air traffic controllers (ATC), up through in-depth assessments of spacing and scheduling concepts for pilots and air traffic controllers using high-fidelity ATC displays and MITRE’s Boeing-777 flight decks. Prior to joining MITRE, she worked as a graduate research assistant in the Auditory Research Group at George Mason University. In that role, she helped to develop and execute research on multimodal displays for connected vehicles as part of NHTSA’s Human Factors for Connected Vehicles program
