Dr Molloy has more than 15 years of experience in teaching, research, and consultancy in the areas of aviation, road safety, human factors, education/training, and rail. Her specific area of research is training of young novice operators (e.g., drivers – in road research and pilots – in aviation research) to improve their non-technical (e.g., risk management) skills. In her research, she incorporates different methods and latest technology, including: driving/flight simulators, an instrumented vehicle, eye-tracking glasses, Mobileye tracking system, digital human modelling software JACK, etc.
