Biography
Dr. Amy D’Agostino is a organizational/human factors psychologist. Amy completed her PhD at the University of Connecticut in 2009. Amy spent the first 12 years of her career (2009-2021) at the NRC in the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research. Amy led a variety human factors research endeavors along with being the agency innovation lead. Amy went on to work at the Army Research lab from 2021-Fall of 2023. Amy was the program manager for the xTech innovation program for the Army that connects small businesses with the U.S. Army to uncover transformative science and technology to solve Army problems. Amy returned to the NRC in November to work as a human factors specialist in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
