Caitlin Lancaster
Biography
Caitlin Lancaster is a Ph.D. candidate at Clemson University in the Human-Centered Computing program. She is advised by Dr. Nathan McNeese in the TRACE Research Group. Caitlin's research focuses on human-AI teams (HATs), specifically how team training may benefit the integration of these emerging teams into the workforce. Her other research in TRACE has focused on supporting team cognition in HATs, mitigating AI bias, and supporting ethical, trustworthy, and responsible AI deployment. Professionally, Caitlin has experience in human factors, digital media production, and digital marketing and advertising.
