Shawna J Perry is Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Florida/Jacksonville, and Lead Consultant to the Center for Healthcare Human Factors at Johns Hopkins Medicine. She is an internationally recognized expert in patient safety and healthcare human factors engineering, with deep experience in clinical medicine as a practicing Emergency Medicine physician and from hospital leadership roles.
