Ayesha Waseem is in her third year of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Waterloo. She is currently investigating barriers that medical institutions face when adopting new health technologies along with the difference between incorporating unimodal vs multimodal systems. She is passionate about improving medical device design, tissue engineering and biomedical data analysis. Ayesha aims to apply engineering principles to advance healthcare technologies and improve patient outcomes.
