Renee Jones is a human factors engineer at Spectrum Software Technology and a research professional with clinical training in integrated care settings. She acquired her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology (Learning Sciences) from Texas A&M University. Her extensive clinical and health background spans across the University of North Carolina’s education system (i.e., North Carolina State University, UNC-Chapel Hill, Duke University). In recent years, Renee has been a prestigious graduate fellow for the Hagler Institute of Advanced Study and a Leadership to Advance Diversity fellow for the American Psychiatric Association. Her continued learning has led to certifications in User Experience Research, User Experience Design, and Generative Artificial Intelligence via Microsoft, Nielsen Norman, CoursEra, and LinkedIn.
