Biography
Anne-Marie McReynolds is a Software Engineering Technologist who works in the Chief Technology Office at Dell Technologies. She has ten years of experience in bringing new product ideas to market for Fortune 100 companies. Anne-Marie is a human factors engineer who focuses on informing the self-service design of cloud solutions. Her expertise in human-autonomy teaming (HAT) allows her to accelerate interaction patterns between humans and technology. She has filed 18 patents for innovations in human-AI interaction patterns, including program trustworthiness and customer sentiment scoring. Additionally, Anne-Marie serves as Co-Chair of the Multicloud & Operating Environments Patent Committee, which handles 10% of all Infrastructure Solutions Group patents. Her contributions to Dell have helped the company jump in ranking to 13th in the top 300 US Patent Organizations, and 5th among US-based companies, with a 19% increase in patents granted in 2022. Anne-Marie holds a BA from Stanford University and an MS from San Jose State University.
