Biography
I am an assistant professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Washington, Seattle. My research focuses on designing work systems that better accommodate individual differences through the use of physiological measurements and human performance modeling. The major application domains of my research include healthcare and online learning systems.
