Leonie S. Otte
Biography
Leonie S. Otte is a Ph.D. student in Industrial & Systems Engineering at The University of Rhode Island and a Fulbright Scholar. She earned her Bachelor of Engineering in the field of mechanical, industrial, and systems engineering in Germany with industry experience in a big automotive company where she assisted in the planning and manufacturing department. In addition, she holds a masters from The University of Rhode Island and The Technische Universität Braunschweig. Leonie joined the URI Voters OperaTions and Election System (URI VOTES) for her master’s and Ph.D. degree, where she is focusing on the vote-by-mail processes.
