Presenter

I am a first-year M.S. student in the Arizona State University Human Systems Engineering program and a member of the Automation Design Advancing People and Technology (ADAPT) Laboratory. I am also a student member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES). My domain knowledge is founded upon my experience as a luxury concierge in the hospitality industry and representing the National Concierge Association (NCA) in academic research. I also recently served as a panelist for the 2024 NCA Educational Conference: The Art of Hospitality and the Influence of AI.
