Claire Hayes Watson, PhD, MPH, is a public health professional with experience in program management, research administration, and healthcare consulting. Dr. Hayes Watson serves as the Director of Programs and Operations (Gulf Coast) and Research and Health Services Administrator at Visionary Consulting Partners, LLC. In this role, she oversees the operational management of the Gulf Coast office and ensures the successful execution of health service research initiatives.
Dr. Hayes Watson serves in various capacities for Visionary's projects, including initiatives focused on enhancing human factors in healthcare. In this role, she leads an interdisciplinary team in developing and implementing clinical pathway solutions across medical centers nationwide. Prior to joining Visionary Consulting Partners, LLC, Dr. Hayes Watson completed a fellowship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Eshelman School of Pharmacy, Division of Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy. During this time, she served as a Co-investigator on a Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) funded study focused on integrating a question prompt list for asthmatics into the primary care clinical workflow at federally qualified health centers.
With a passion for advancing public health research and healthcare quality improvement, Dr. Hayes Watson continues to make significant contributions to the field, collaborating with academic institutions and healthcare organizations to address critical health challenges and improve patient outcomes.
