 l Technologies)\n\nThis poster showcases ways the HFES Sustainability TG a
 nd her members do or could support Sustainability, including ways we speci
 fically further the attainment of many UN SDGs. \n\nSustainability is cruc
 ial for the survival of human society.  In 2015 the UN identified 17 Susta
 inable Development Goals (SDGs) identifying areas that must be addressed f
 or our society to thrive and remain intact.   \n\nHuman Factors and Ergono
 mics can meaningfully support Sustainable Development. We encourage member
 s of the HFES community to consider how our work and skills, do or could c
 ontribute to Sustainability.\n\nThese efforts align with HFES's mission "t
 o advance the science and practice of designing for people in systems thro
 ugh knowledge exchange, collaboration, and advocacy," as well as the call 
 to action prominently featured on our website: "HFES believes that the sea
